Development Monitoring

What is it all about?

We act for funders in a development monitoring role where monthly inspections are undertaken to agree valuations to enable financial institutions to release stage payments to the developer.

Why might you need us?

 

It is likely to be a requirement of lending that a Chartered Surveyor value the progress of works at certain stages.  This role can involve due diligence checks at the early stages of the scheme to ensure that the statutory and regulatory requirements have been fulfilled.
